Payment Options/Deadline

Checking/Paying Off a Balance

PAID VIA CHECK:

DEPOSIT FOR CAMP: $200.00
FULL PAYMENT if registered as INDIVIDUAL: $550.00
FULL PAYMENT if registered as TEAM: $530.00

If you have registered to pay via check, follow the following steps:

  1. Mail your deposit/payment check with session and athletes full name in subject line of check to:

  2. Make checks payable to: Connecticut Field Hockey Camp, LLC
  3. Final payments are due by May 1, 2017 by 11:59PM EST.

**IF final payment is made by credit card and registered to pay by check, a $25.00 fee will be added to your account after the current balance is paid. You will see no balance once the current balance is paid as it will take the system time to process the need for the credit card fee. Credit card fee of $25.00 is a one time fee for payments made to the account (ie: To pay initial balance or in full via credit card = $25.00 fee or to pay balance only if registered via check but paid balance via credit card = $25.00 fee).

PAID VIA CREDIT CARD:

If you have registered and paid via credit card online, follow these steps to view your balance and/or make payments towards your balance.

  1. Click the "Log in here" button and log in with the same username and password you used when you initially registered. You should see a dialogue box that says “It appears you have a balance due on a previous order. Would you like to apply a payment to your account?” – click on “Yes! take me to my account!”
  2. Click on the “detail” button that corresponds with your initial payment.
  3. Fill out credit card and payment information and click “Submit”. You have just submitted a payment towards your balance!

Final payments are due by May 1, 2017 by 11:59PM EST.

Fees

  • Cars driven by campers must remain parked on campus for the duration of the session. There is a parking fee of $15.00 which is due in cash on first day of registration (NOT credit card or check) **If Campers are driving themselves to camp and their parents would like us to confirm the camper's arrival at camp, please request this prior to the start of camp. We are more than happy to do this as a courtesy to our campers and parents. Anyone driving themselves to camp MUST have the Early departures/Late arrivals form filled out prior to attending camp.
  • KEY DEPOSITS: EACH CAMPER (this includes sisters) IS REQUIRED TO BRING A $100.00 CHECK with them to registration. When the camper returns the dorm key at check-out the $100 check deposit will be returned and voided. Please make checks payable to: Connecticut Field Hockey Camp, LLC.
  • Credit Card Fees: Payments via credit card will incur credit card processing fees.
